I created multi-line text fields and added them to specific request types. I found that these fields are showing up on all tickets (regardless of request type) after the tickets are created. Only happens with multi-line text fields. Below shows ticket for request type: Pull Voice Recording. The Add Group Membership, FAN, Documents, Reason for Request fields are not listed under this request type. See 2nd screen below.
Ticket view and request views are different. Request fields seem to be configured correctly.
In order to fix the agent view, you will need to update the screens used for each issue type. Multiple requests can be linked to same type. Be careful when updating these fields
