Using Jira Service Desk, I used to be able to drag and reorder the Custom reports. That feature is not working. I currently cannot use IE with this site due to workstation restrictions.
I am on the Reports page. In the left nav, I see Team, Workload, ... Knowledge Base deflected and resolved, then my Custom reports.
Any ideas on what it takes to reorder these are appreciated.

Currently, it's not possible to reorder reports in Jira Service Desk. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
