JSD Cloud incoming mail handling not processing emails with attachments of 24MB

Jira Service Desk Cloud doesn't process emails with larger attachments. Attachment size 24 MB is ignored while attachment size 8MB is working correctly. Did we misconfigure our JSD?

@Jack & @Krister Broman _Advania_ Thank you for replying. I've looked at both of the articles you've sent me. Our Jira is configured to allow attachments up to 1GB, which is the default. When a support agent is adding a larger attachment (tested with 24MB) our customers are able to receive our email, but our JSD is not able to process incoming email with an attachment of 24MB.
