Infinite loop occurs when you connect from an external account to Customer Portal screen

I have to try the service desk in Japanese.

JIRA · Confluence is an on-demand version.

You can not if you have access to the customer portal screen from external account, WEB browser falls into an infinite loop, you want to use.

It will continue to reload forever unfortunately.

The same phenomenon can occur even IE · Chrome.

The results are the same whether you clear the cache.

I was not able to find the right answer in the Answers.

I do not know at all whether there is a cause other settings, or whether not good.

Because it can not be made to function the service desk in the state now, I'm having problems so.

Hi Reiko,

It sounds like you may not have given the external account enough permission to access the system, and so it's continuing to ask for login details. (There is a bug related to this at AOD-6324).

You'll need to make sure the user has

  1. Application access to both JIRA and Confluence (documentation)
  2. Global permission to log in to JIRA (documentation)
  3. Global permission to use Confluence (documentation)

Thank you for give me the answer.

However, this is a matter of authority, it was not a matter of authority.

As a consequence, everything was improved by correcting the English notation user name that has been set by the Japanese.

As also described in the question, I have been using the service desk in Japanese.

Error appears to be occurred because when you create an external account, it was set in the Japanese user name.

Full name is not Japanese.

I was mistaken to be a "full name" is information that is required to login.

So I did not notice at all to this mistake.

Login information will crash because user name was set in Japanese, correct behavior he did not get!
