If you are a Jira project admin or a Jira admin you can make changes to service desk queues. Follow the directions here:

Thanks a lot for your answer Brant. I should have specified that my question was regarding next generation project and not classic ones.
It seems I don't have same choices / functions in next generation projects :
-> I can't edit or remove existing queues
-> I can't manage swimlanes with the criteria I have added in Jira Cards
...
If so, this is really sad because it was really great to configure the project cards with a lot of choices in fields types.

In the next gen service desk projects I have I am able to edit the queues just fine. Are you a project admin?
