How can I configure the issue sidebar?

I am looking to reorder fields on the issue sidebar. Is this possible?

I'd especially like to have some of my addon areas on the sidebar to be higher as well.

As far as I know, this is not possible to change in Jira Service Desk projects yet - see this ticket to track progress on its implementation: JSDCLOUD-7871

For non-JSD Projects - you can:

* Go to your Project > Project Settings
* Choose Issue Layout
* Drag fields up/down in the Context section
