G Suit Integration

We want to integrate our existing G Suite user directory with our Atlassian site (Jira and Confluence).

Jira Service Desk and Jira Software has been running for a few months and users have been added manually. User's emails are part of the g-suit directory and domains. But there are not integrated yet.

Users and clients already have a work history (tickets created, modified, etc.).

Our doubt is that it will happen with those users when we carry out the integration with g-suit that will happen with the users, will they be duplicated?

Is there any risk that we are not contemplating?
