I work with a product team that's focused on planning/preparing work for delivery to the development team. It's important for us to commit to a set of ideas to address each week and track the progress on those issues. We'd been using team managed sprint boards to select issues for weekly sprints until we decided to try out JPD for the impact, effort, roadmap, and delivery features it offers.

Initially we considered delivering ideas to our existing team managed board for working sprints, but we'd like to keep the product planning in one place and restrict deliver to ideas submitted to development for implementation. Right now I'm trying a board view with columns based on a single select field for basic statuses of To Do, In Progress, Done, and Completed Sprint. I added Completed Sprint as a way to filter out issues delivered in a prior sprint, although it requires updating each idea at the end of each sprint.

Interested to know if others are trying to run a similar process in JPD and how they're going about it.

Thanks!
