No Short text field title on card in board view

Perhaps a bug, perhaps a user error. But when adding short text fields and enable them on the cards in board view, the title of them are missing. It's just free floating text which is a little confusing. Can't find any setting on this. Bug? Any other way to do it?

It's not a bug; any short text field will come without the field name to achieve the same effect that you have on the top of the card with "Målet är att....".

This field is usually used as a short description of the idea. For any other field, we recommend using select/multi-select, etc., to make sure the information is consistent, does not differ between creators, and can be reused faster. 

Would you be able to switch these two fields into some "Select/multiselect" fields type, or in your case the content of these two fields will change for every idea, and you are sure basically not two ideas will have the same value? If that's the case, could you please elaborate on your use case?
