I am currently migrating to JIRA Product Discovery from Productboard and the only real issue I have is that I cannot capture insights without them linking to an idea.
This means that either I have all ideas logged and expect the insights raiser to scroll through that long list to find the correct one (unlikely) OR every insight raised will be raised as a new idea (this is the more likely scenario).
This then means that I will have to manage and merge all of these to keep the parking lot ideas in some kind of order.
Does anyone have any advice on alternative ways of doing this or ways they have structured the project to make it manageable?
Thanks
@Denis Paul yes that's kind of the route I've taken. I have actually created a seperate project called "Customer Insights" and created a Jobs to be done list in there. So our customer facing teams can link their insight to an area within the product.
My process then will be to seperate out specific ideas from the insights and migrate them to the main product project.
Doesn't feel like an ideal situation though.
