If you are the org admin and cannot adjust your JPD subscription, you may want to open a ticket with JPD support: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
We should be able to assist you there, and get this issue resolved.
@Samridhi Vohra Chawla we had a bug here which has now been resolved, can you please confirm that you're able to change plans?
