We have been recently more active in thinking about adding contributors to our JPD project. We would like them to submit ideas and to add insights to existing ideas.

However, we would like them not to be bothered with any half baked, non ready ideas that the creators might have drafted. So we would have liked to filter out some of the ideas, both from the JPD views and from the chrome extension.

We also thought that it might make sense to limit the contributors to a set of fields, and not necessarily expose them to all fields the creators have added.

Are there any thoughts around enabling this type of administration?

Thanks a lot @Tanguy Crusson .

What you are working on is exactly what we think we need.

What about the chrome extension? Any thought of how to control what it filters? I saw it can filter Archived ideas...

I don't think the Chrome extension will work for you in that case - it shows all ideas that people have access to. And today that's all ideas in the project.
