blank page on Jira Product Discovery

Hello Altassian Community,

Recently we are facing an issue with our Jira Product Discovery. Indeed we have now a blank page:

Our plan is the following:

We have 3 users licensed with respect to the Free plan. I have tried to desactivate one user but still same problem.

I cannot find the root cause of this issue.

Hi there, I just checked but your license looks OK on the free plan.

I just asked the team to investigate. Can you also please raise a support ticket? In case we need access to your site to investigate
