Hi all,
When I try to modify or view the internal users linked to Jira automations (whether they are simply part of a trigger, or the creator of the automation), I am only able to see something like this below (attached image).
I double checked with the team, and I have the same access rights as those who are able to view the "Owner" in this case. Similarly, because of this, I am having issues adding new users to existing Jira automation triggers.
Do you know what might be causing this?
Thank you.
Hi @Luka Mgaloblishvili Manu here from Jira Product Discovery. Could you ask your admin to confirm if you have the global permission "Browser Users and Groups". This seems similar to the issue listed here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AUTO-1560
If that doesn't fix the problem, please feel free to log a ticket on https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ and we will investigate this further.
Hi Manu, thank you for the guidance! I've passed this along to the admin and will submit a ticket if that doesn't fix the problem. Thanks again!
