Is there a way to set up quick filters in a JPD view that a Contributor (or anyone) can use? From what I can see, the filters are only visible to the admins and once they're set, it's a static view for everyone else.
Hi, this feedback came up frequently in the past few weeks. We're currently working on adding the filter and sort menus to all views so that contributors can use them.
It's not going to let them view or change existing filters, but they'll be able to filter down further the list of ideas in that view, without saving that. (hope that makes sense)
The restrictions for Contributors is too limited. They need to be able to edit submitted tickets to add content or comments. Also, there needs to be a way to prioritize tickets both as a joint effort from internal teams who prioritized the feature requests based on customer demand and individual customer submissions to be able to communicate the overall prioritization for customer individual roadmap items.
