Checking the video about integrating Zendesk, Salesforce, etc. it says there that Intercom works the same way - paste the conversation url to the insight and you get Intercom data with it.
When I paste the URL, then it just shows it as URL and no connection is made.
I have an admin role in JIRA site and for Intercom. I cannot find any place in JIRA to configure that connection.
Is it suppose to work?
Talking to JIRA support I realised that my access to Intercom was not including Inbox, therefore the Intercom conversation URL was different, resulting that the connection was not made. Perhaps useful for others.
