I know that Vivun can be used as part of the Insights in JPD, but I'm wondering if there's a way to have new ideas in JPD create product gaps in Vivun?
Our current idea process starts in Vivun with product gaps and then we push them over to Jira for PMs to review. The problem is that Vivun gives limited information and the syncing of statuses between Jira & Vivun is not great.
We're evaluating implementing JPD for our idea process, but Sales is really holding on tight to Vivun product gaps.
Is it possible to have an idea created in JPD which is then kicked over to Vivun as a product gap? That way, Sales can use those product gaps as part of the Vivun Hero Score, but Product can have more control over what information is required when submitting an idea, and we can use the fields/formulas in JPD to have a more data-driven approach to idea review.
