Our product team is trying to standardize how we do discovery intake from our business partners.
Current state: business fills out a "new initiative brief" in Word that tells us idea, priority and proposed impact. We then take those offline and do all of our discovery kind of asynchronously and there's not a lot of visibility into the amount of new work being requested across our many product teams.
Ideal state: we could import some kind of templated responses from the business into Jira that would populate the idea board.
I'm struggling to find anything that imports nicely. Our business partners are not in Atlassian. They have the MS suite and possibly smart sheets. Has anyone had any luck pulling in ideas this way? Thanks!
