How to create a graph which express how long it takes to open each ticket

Hello all, 

I'm need to create a graph which will show me how long it took us to open a ticket and an  another one that shows me how long a ticket was in the '' open'' status. 

Is something that can be done or I'm asking for too much?

Hi there, I think you should be able to do this in a Jira dashboard

there are different widgets you can use and I believe what you're asking for should be in there
