Hi, have issues with configuring delivery progress. I have initiatives as delivery tickets. There are no SP estimation on initiative level. But there is one on the epics associated with these initiatives. However, when I switch to story points delivery progress calculation, it shows nothing both ways: default and simple. Type of the spaces is company-managed software, so it is not an issue here.
Hi @Daryna Podchakha , we might need access to your site to troubleshoot what's going on. Can you please create a support ticket? (you can do this from the "give feedback" dialog in app, there's an option about sending it to the support team)
Hi @Tanguy Crusson , thank you. I've used this function. Have chosen "ask a question" and "report a bug" option. Not sure which one is best. Thank you!

Hi, I've asked the support team to see if they can find your ticket - it's this option by the way:

It looks like the support team hasn't received a ticket from you - can you please try again? From JPD: Left sidebar > give feedback > get help from the support team.
OR, if you do have a ticket, can you please share its URL here?

OK I think you're looking at a different one (we have a few of those floating around)
But I'm glad your issue was resolved! What was the root cause?
