Deleted ideas reappear after import

Hi All!

I'm new to JPD and I'm trying to import ideas from a CSV file. The import is working fine, but every time I import, some of the ideas I previously deleted from JPD are reappearing after the import.

So I get not only the newly imported ideas, but also the old ones, which were deleted and showed 0 ideas after deletion.

I tested with importing a single idea only and the previously deleted 700 appeared back there after the import. The import log only the idea that I imported.

Any thoughts?

Hey Michael, 

Can you please open a ticket with our support teams? 

in Jira Product Discovery, at the bottom of the left panel click "give feedback" and then select support teams. this definitely sounds like a bug, we need to investigate in your instance.
