How does JPD determine what view will come up when I select the "four squares" menu (upper left), then JPD, then select my Project? My left hand pane has 4 sections and then a top level View. Does it pick the first "top level view" first?
I'd prefer that it not end up at that first top level view.
Hi @Seth Mason ,
I believe the view that appears when selecting a project will be the one that was most recently accessed by the current user - so it's essentially cached.
Are you hoping for a specific view to appear by default when accessing a JPD project for all users, only yourself, etc.? Let us know whenever you have the chance, and I can relay the feedback to engineering / product.

Visiting the "desired view", and then going to the 4 squares -> JPD -> My JPD Project, still results in the same behavior.
Ideally, I'd like it to be predictable. I'm not sure where net-new users go, but if they went through the above process, they'd end up at a specific page that would be ideal. Even if it was "last page used by the user".

Hi @Seth Mason ,
If by "4 squares" you are referring to the "Your apps" icon in the top left of the UI, I cannot seem to replicate this issue. Following those step, I continue to be brought back into the same view selected in the JPD project previous to leaving.
The same goes for if I am in the project's Settings, and one of those tabs. Following those steps and selecting the JPD project brings me back into the same project Settings tab.
Let me know if the "4 squares" is something else. I would also like to note my instance is using the older UI.

The four squares is the "Your Apps" menu in top left of the UI.

Hi Seth,
That is the newer UI, where the older one (I mentioned above) is nine squares.
Under a site with the newer UI enabled, I was able to replicate this same behavior.
I will get this feedback shared with engineering and product. Sorry for any inconvenience, but thank you for bringing it to our attention.
