Is there a way to convert a comment to an insight? I get a lot of members of my field organization that will add comments to the effect of "Customer X would like this too". Which is fine, thank you for the feedback, but I'd like to easily redirect that into an insight and clean up the comment queue.
If this doesn't exist consider it a feature request.
Hi @Andy Nortrup we don't have a comment -> insight conversion feature at the moment. Going forward if you train your field org to create insights instead of comments will this solve the problem?
Retraining a field org that is very used to just creating comments is a slow and never ending process. I'm considering adding an automation to auto-reply to comments that say something like "Customer X wants this".
We love JPD, but it looks a lot like the rest of JIRA that doesn't have insights and we have folks with years and years of trying to be helpful with comments and don't know what insights are.
