Can I link to other JPD ideas as part of the Delivery tab? Or just Jira Software issues?

We have one team that is considering using JPD to track development work. But I'd still like to track their issues as part of delivery, JPD projects don't come up when i search to add a delivery item.

Yes only Jira Software issues are supported in Delivery Progress calcs. That said, for an idea you can use Link issue, to connect it to another idea as per the screenshot below.

In JPD, under the 'Delivery' tab, you can either create 'Epics' which will be created in JIRA or link 'Epics' which are already in JIRA. To link any Epic from a JIRA project, you need to have an access to the corresponding JIRA projects too part from having the access in JPD. Thank you!
