Сannot start the free version of the Product Discovery - technical trouble

Dear Product Discovery Support!

Can you please help activate the free version of JPD, since we cannot do this due to technical trouble.

The problem was previously encountered on the forum.

Hi @Nick 

These errors can sometimes occur due to browser extensions.

Have you tried...

  • Using Incognito mode?
  • Using a different browser - eg. if using Chrome, try Firefox?
  • Using a different device?
