@Tanguy Crusson as an enhancement could you additionally apply the templates to an Insight? We like to map customer to a unique insight leaving the Description generic.

I requested the template feature through a comment on this thread, and also sent an email yesterday to the product discovery email, but do not see the template option yet.

@Jean-Emmanuel BANQUEY Currently you need to be a project admin to create those. A member can't do it. Is that something you'd want? We were actually debating what would be best on that front.
