A new status page for Jira Product Discovery where we'll communicate incidents affecting the product

Hi everyone,

We've just created a status page for Jira Product Discovery (JPD). We'll use this status page to let you know when there are incidents affecting the JPD experience (incidents, but not bugs). You can either bookmark this link and check there if you face issues, or subscribe to be notified of incidents via email or Slack.

There is currently one active incident: for the past couple of days some of you have been facing intermittent issues in Jira Product Discovery. Symptoms range from not being able to open a project to not being able to edit fields or add/view data points. The app currently works fine. All hands are now on deck in the team on 2 fronts:

  1. make sure we restore the system quickly if the issue happens again
  2. fix the underlying problem - we have a few candidate fixes we're trying for this

We'll keep you updated on the status page.
