jira cloud mobile app login loops

we have integrated jira cloud to azure AD for sso.

login using work account in windows ms edge browser is working for sso

login using work account in jira cloud mobile app is not working for sso - login loops

login using work account in browser in mobile is not working for sso - login loops

tried cleared cache and cookie in browser in mobile and also reinstall the jira cloud mobile app - still the same issue login loops.

 

anyone has any idea? where to see log or anything? thanks.

Did you try clearing the app data to ensure that it is not being cached?  Also what type of mobile device are you on Apple or Android?
