Create issue from template on the Jira Mac App

I use Jira online in my company.

I do have a "Create from template" menu on the left side of my screen when I go to Jira on the web browser.

I recently download the Jira App from the App store.

I don't seem to be able to find the "create from template" when I am using the App.

Can someone help me?

Hi Nuno,

I took a closer look at your Jira Cloud site, it appears that you are running this app Issue Templates for Jira.  The functionalities of that Marketplace app are only available within the web UI of your Jira Cloud site.  In turn our Jira Cloud app for Mac is not able to provide the functionality of this add-on.  We have an existing feature request that seeks to bring marketplace vendor app functions into the Mac app over in JRACLOUD-74126. 

However I don't know how feasible that will be to implement within the Mac app, nor is there a timetable for such a feature yet.
