Connecting a jira outside the jira cloud

How can I connect a Jira outside the Jira Cloud (e.g. "jira.xxx.yy" instead of "xxx.atlassian.net") to the mobile app?

It looks like there are two separate apps, one for Cloud and one of self hosted versions.
