The Jira mobile app appears to have no feature to allow moving an issue/task+44 7960 833355 from the backlog and onto the active board.
Thus, when a new issue/task is created in a Kanban style project, it defaults to being 'invisible' on the board - until reviewed/scheduled and moved to the active board.
However, the feature to move from backlog to board is only available in the web version, not the app.
Has anyone else come across this and found a solution please?
