We have a user on our QA team (as far as I know, it has been limited to the one user) that is unable to access a field on the Jira ticket. We do also have Zephyr for Jira installed and the field applicable to Test Details is where the problem is occurring. The field is simply blank and will not allow the user to submit any details. The user has Jira open in Microsoft Edge. They have opened Jira in Chrome and there is no issue there. Below is a screenshot of the user's screen. I have already had them clear their cache and relog into Jira and the issue is persisting. I'm really not sure what to do here, so any information is appreciated!
