I want to have some subtasks added automatically when i create a new story in JIRA

Hi I want to have some basic subtasks automatically created when I create a new user story, for instance,  

  • Front-end Development 
  • Back-end Development 
  • Database Design & Implementation 
  • User interface Design 
  • Code Review
  • Test Cases Creation 
  • Test Cases Execution 

All these tasks should auto created whenever I add a new story so my repeated effort of recreating them with every individual story will be saved. Can anyone please help me regarding this

You will need one of the automation or scripting add-ons that provides the ability to create sub-tasks in a post-function on the "create issue" transition.
