while changing custom filed values without any transition change, need custom mail event

In an a issue  while we change the filed values without any transition, that change should capture and send custom event notification.

For that event I'm using Scrip runner addon, but not getting any notifications can you help me out with some script for the custom  mail event

Hi @vijay ,

in order to do that you need to setup a custom listener through ScriptRunner update event, check if your custom field has been changed and send a custom email notification.
