how i make severity default in new project

hello, when I open a new project I need to add the severity, and when I open a new project, the severity that I had before disappeared, so how I add the severity in all of my new projects permanently? thank you

Reading the details you provided, I believe that the Severity that you mentioned is related to a custom field, please correct me if I'm wrong.

If that's the case, when creating a next-gen project, it will be necessary to create the same custom field for each new project. Next-gen is independent of other projects, so what is created in one next-gen project, can't be shared with other ones.

If it's a Classic project, then you need to go to Cog icon (Jira settings) > Issues > Custom fields and add the field to the screens from the project you just created.
