i want to manage some different workflows in one project. is this any way to have this option in jira core?
for example: i have 3 issue type. every issue type have its workflow.
i want to user these 3 issue types in one projects and manage theme in same place

It really depends on what type of project you have created. With Next-gen, no. With Classic, yes.
If it is a classic software project you can follow the advice above.
