Steps of jira migration to OCI cloud

I am migrating my jira service desk with plugins from standalone serve to OCI cloud.

I am using export import to copy the Jsd schema data from my database in standalone server to oci cloud and also I am copying the Atlassian folder from my standalone server to my oci cloud and editing the dbconfig.xml in application to refer to my new database in cloud and starting the jira using the local host, but my jira goes to sso login and redirects to old url. How can I change my url to point to the new database url.

Please advise.

Hi @Ashutosh Mishra ,

usually with SSO plugins you will always have a way to bypass the SSO prompt, something like jira.mycompany.com/login.jsp?nosso

If you're not sure, you should open a support ticket with your SSO plugin provider.

This way you can then login and update the Base URL directly in the System settings.

Let me know if this helps,
