Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Checking the details of your site, I can see that the only product is Jira Core and the documentation you shared is from Jira Software.
In case you need to use parallel sprints, then, please go to Cog icon > Billing > Manage subscriptions > Add more Atlassian products and add Jira Software.
After that, you will be able to enable the Jira Software features.
