Is there any way to create a pie chart by using issue Reopened date?

Hi All,

I need to create a pie chart in a dashboard for reopened issues.

Is there any way to create a pie chart by using a filer of issue Reopened date?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @Amit Karekar

To create a filter, you need the metadata to be in a field. Reopened date isn't a native field, but you could create one to use in your filter.

For example, you could:

  • Custom Field: Create a Date Picker custom field, called "Reopened Date". I would advise not adding it to a screen to make it harder for a user to manually modify it.
  • Automation: Create an Automation rule to populate Reopened Date when an issue moves from "Done" to an open status, with today's date.

This data would then be possible to utilise in your filter.

If this is what you're looking for and you'd like some further instructions on how you could do this, let us know :)
