How do i select multiple issue types to add to a custom field using a macbook pro?

I created a custom field and i need to add multiple issue types to it. When i used a PC i would hold shift to select multiple issue types. Is there a way to do this on a macbook pro?

Hello @Shawn Wallace,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

In order to select multiple issue types when editing the “Choose applicable issue types” on a custom field, you can use Control + Shift + Down. In case you want to select some of them, you can hold Command + Click on each one you need.

If that’s not what you meant, please let us know more details of the steps you are following, so we can test the same here.

Kind regards,
Angélica
