I have recently changed the custom field description and even though after changes done ,it seems not been reflecting while I try to create a new ticket,it refers to old description itself. I have performed project re-index and as well as Background re-index. Can you let me know what's the issue.
@Suma Pralhad Kustagi A re-index should fix the issue. If you performed a full background re-index it should have fixed the issue. Do you have two custom fields with the same name? Have you tried clearing your browser cache just to make sure that is not the issue?
