Consecutive Approvals

Hi, folks. My main question is: How can I achieve consecutive approvals by different people in one issue type? Let me describe my question broader.

 

I want to design a workflow, which will serve for ordering supplies. Basically, there will be these steps:

1) Creating issue

2) Approval of CTO

3) Approval of Finance Manager

4) Ordering product

 

In this case, I want Financial Manager to approve the order, only after CTO's approval. So, I want consequitive approvals. How it is possible in frames of Jira Servicedesk?
