Hi all,
I ran into a pickle, while performing migration from Jira Server to Cloud. During the media import process I accidentally refreshed the page in the browser, and I can not see the status anymore. The media file was already "uploaded", and was under "processing" phase. In the system info page, I can see, that the instance takes 25GBs of space (about the same size, as the original zip media file).
So the question is - is the processing still happening under the hood or no? Or do I need to re-upload the zip file again?
Thanks
Hi Liudvikas,
from my experience the job continues - also for scenarios like an Re-Index.
It might be worth having a look into the data nonetheless - just to make sure the import is consistent.
Cheers,
Daniel
