Hi, I'm running JIRA server and have been for a few years. I now want to add Service Desk to it - but I can't work out how. The service desk add-on doesn't appear on the Applicate Add-On list.
I've got a trial license issued, but again, it just gives me a link to download Service Desk - not add it to my existing JIRA instance.
What am I doing wrong?
What version of Jira are you on?
If you are below 7.0, then you need the "Jira Service Desk" app, which you should be able to find under "manage plugins/addons" in the admin section.
If you are on 7.0 or above, Jira Service Desk can be added from "Manage Applications" rather than apps/addons/plugins
