After upgrading from Jira 8.22.4 to 9.0.0 ALL users are getting the error message Sorry, your username and password are incorrect - please try again. when logging in from the Server https://localhost:xxxx/. However, when accessing from outside the server using https://jira.MyDomainName:xxxx/, they are getting
with a log referral number and to send it to the Jira Admin.
I did all the pre-upgrade steps as per the documentation. Any idea what could be causing this?
Hi,
