A user trying to view a dashboard is getting this error on load, why?

Hi there, 

A user in a Jira Project Dashboard is getting the error in the attached image. 

We have created a dashboard with multiple filters etc.

Thoughts?

please verify that filter associated to that gadget has been share with the user that is getting this error.

It should solve your issue.
