is there a way to indentify in jira align which stories the sprint has been changed

manish a September 27, 2023

There are multiple stories for which sprint was changed from 216 to 217 in jira.

jira align is now considering these stories for 217 which is fine. but for the leadership they want to know which all stories that were planned for sprint 216 have got moved to sprint 217.

I feel like there should be a simpler way to do this, so this might be a last resort type of suggestion.  I frequently want to generate a list of Issues for which there is NO built-in filter, so I created a Postman Script that does the following:

1) Retrieve some set of issues (such as Stories) using any criteria I need (Stories for ART 1, for example)

2) Search through the Audit Log of all the issues in the resultant list for a text string that indicates the change I want to know about (Iteration changed, for example)

3) Output a list that I can pull into some other tool such as excel.

That sounds quite helpful. will it be possible for you to share the postman collection for the script and any other scirpts that you have. I was looking for some scripts for jira align but could not find on the internet.

my email id is manish.a@bigbasket.com

Thanks for the help.
