features dependent only for launch

I have two features in this PI: Feature A and Feature B.  Neither are dependent on each other to complete development work, but Feature A is dependent on Feature B to launch.  Is there any way to tie these two together, without using the dependency feature?

I have Feature A in a launched darkly status, but want to see visually that it is waiting to launch until Feature B is in the same status.

Thanks @Tom O_Connor !  Trying to follow the steps but I'm not able to locate a Work Item Links link under Manage in the Program section (or anywhere else).  I have Super Admin perms so I would think I'd be able to see it if it was configured in our instance.  Help? :)

@Sarah McMorrow Yes, the work item links is hidden behind a feature toggle (LinksSupport 32) that can be turned on by Jira Align support through a submitted ticket.  Once that is turned on then you will need to go to the Platform settings and under Team the Enable Item Link.  I was working today with a customer that had the same issue as I did not realize that there were some other toggles that have to be set to make it work.

@Sarah McMorrow Links functionality will only provide the view from within the feature objects, once enabled.

if you're unable to get this functionality turned on in your instance OR are looking for visibility into this via roadmaps.  I would suggest adding an objective - type - Roadmap milestone and linking the 2 features to it.  Lastly, consider representing the delivery sequencing also on the road map by using the Target start & target end sprint dates on the features.   Roadmap Milestones - for all Epics and Feature will show up on the roadmap and if needed can also be linked up to parent objectives (OKRs)
