Need a list of Fields that sync from Jira to Jira align

For Onboarding new Program's i would like to present which fields can be synchronized from Jira to Jira Align. 

Although i have an idea what all can be synchronized and where to search for it, I am searching for an extensive list of fields at least at Feature level (or) Story level for starters. 

Can anyone help ?
