@manish a one way you could do it is to go to the Stories Grid (not backlog) (New Nav - Items -> Stories, filter by the Program and the increment (same as what you are using for Program Room) and State not= Accepted. Select More Actions and export the stories. Then filter on the column called Sync Sprint (select Sprint 215). That should show you the stories in that sync/anchor sprint that weren't completed.
one follow up questions. if in jira they have moved the story to subsequent sprint post that sprint start. will it also get counted here.
